Home visits
Visit to Jason's house to learn how to propagate tomatoes by cuttings

Cuttings are removed and placed into a container with clean water until roots are formed.
Note that tomatoes can be planting in buckets.
(We found - by experiment - that tomatoes bear faster when grown from cuttings)

Main course included French fried cassava, turmeric rolls, toss salad, mash pumpkin, baked chicken
Dessert options were cassava or sweet potato pudding
Juice options were golden plum or black berry

Our activities coming up this month include:
- - Complete the work on our MOA (visit office in Belmopan)
- - Visit BELTRAIDE to seek information on how to formally marketing our products (including how to ship outside of the country)
- - Membership meeting this Saturday - May 8, 2021 at 3p.m. (Martinez Residence)
- - Training in basic carpentry (to enable us to build simple structures to use in our gardens) - date TBA
- Continue to assist persons who wish to start their own garden
- - Farmers' Market Day - Saturday - end of the month - May 29, 2021
